IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION NEWS FOR 5TH AND 6TH GRADE PARENTS:
The meningoccal and Tdap vaccines are required for students 11 years of age to enter into the 6th grade. Notices have been sent home according to your childs' birth month. A copy of the immunization record must be sent to the health office BEFORE the 1st day of school. Your student will not be able to attend class without this record. If you have any questions, please call the health office at 224-2702.
