Hello and welcome Independence Families, I am Michele Dussault proud School Counselor of CTA - Independence since our school opening in 2006. For me, it is an honor and privilege to be serving as a School Counselor in our premier district for the past 20 years where I have had the opportunity to assist students, parents, and staff.
My Education and Professional Background
MS in Educational Leadership - May, 2013 Northern Arizona University, MS in School Counseling State University of New York College at Brockport BA in Psychology & Secondary Education with a minor in history State University of New York College at Geneseo Principal Certification - Northern Arizona University SEI endorsement
My Educational Philosophy
My philosophy of education is that all students can learn regardless of individual differences. I believe as an educator I need to take responsibility and challenge all students to attain higher levels of achievement. In order to achieve this goal, the whole child needs to be developed physically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
