    Hello, Knox Knights! My name is Lynn Barakat, and I am originally from Los Angeles, California. I have a wonderful family, and I love spending time with them. I am married, and we have one beautiful daughter named Jordan.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My reason for teaching is simple. I love spending time with children as they learn, grow, question, and discover the amazing world around them. Learning is a passion. I am committed to ensuring each child feels successful, capable, and celebrated while they are in my class. My job as facilitator is to develop enriching, engaging lessons that stretch the thinking of my young students and provide a safe, welcoming, and enthusiastic environment in which to learn the rigor necessary for academic success.
