    Welcome back to another exciting year at Hamilton High school! While we have experienced some changes over the last several months, we are very eager to serve the Hamilton Community. Husky Days will be completed online. The following information will provide all the details.

     1.  SCHEDULES

    Schedules for the 2020-2021 school year will be emailed to the student’s school email address and a parent email.  If you do not have the technology to view your schedule, one may be printed for you at the front office. All schedule change requests need to be submitted to your counselor by accessing the link below.  Schedule changes will be done for the following reasons only:

     

    • To retake a required core course that you failed
    • To remove a course on your schedule that was taken during summer school
    • Academic misplacement (i.e., you are in French 3 and should be in French 1, or missing pre-requisite)
    • A graduation requirement is missing from your schedule (Seniors only)
    • A schedule is incomplete (i.e., fewer than six classes, fewer than 4 for Seniors, missing a core class)
    • To remove a 0 hour or 7th hour class due to lack of transportation

     

    **Please note that your schedule could change (class period/teacher) based on staffing changes.

     

    You will be notified by email when the change has been completed, or if it has been denied.  Counselors will only see appointments in person for new students enrolled to Hamilton High School that need a schedule, or for students that have no schedule in Infinite Campus.  Please do not call or email about schedules.     2. CLASS FEE PAYMENT

     All class fees are paid through the Infinite Campus parent portal

     

    Log on to the home screen of the parent portal

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and press MORE on the left menu (Do not use the “Fees” link.)

    Click "InTouch Fees and Payments"

    Click on your student’s name

    You will see all outstanding fines and fees, add them to your cart and check out.

     

    Students in grades 9-11 during the 19-20 school year will see the fees for all outstanding textbooks.  Please ignore those fees, they will be removed after we collect textbooks at the beginning of the year.  You may pay the other required fees without paying those. 

     

     3. PURCHASES

    Please purchase all PE/Academy uniforms, class shirts, activity cards, family athletic passes & yearbooks online through the Infinite Campus parent portal.  Clothing items will be distributed the first week of school.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and press MORE on the left menu

    Click "InTouch Fees and Payments"

    Click on your student’s name

    Click on "Items at student’s school

    Scroll through the tabs at the top of the screen, add the item to your cart and check out. 

     

    4. BUS INFORMATION

     

    Transportation will email bussing information to families in early July.  The information is also available in Infinite Campus through the parent portal. Access the route information by going to the bottom of the screen and clicking MORE on the left side, then Transportation in the center menu. For any questions about transportation, please call 480-424-8600.

     

    5. EMERGENCY CARD UPDATE

     

    In the parent portal, please click “Online Registration” at the bottom of the menu.  This will take you to the form to update emergency contact information for your child.  It is critical that we have accurate names, phone numbers and email addresses to contact you in case of an emergency.

     

     6. PARKING

     

    Information about parking passes can be found on our website at https://www.cusd80.com/Page/108625.  The parking application is an online process and students MUST have their driver’s license before they can apply. 

     

    7. LUNCH ACCOUNTS

     

    Information about student meals including menus and an application for Free and Reduced Priced Lunch can be found on the district website at https://www.cusd80.com/page/843.  

     

    Parents may create a lunch account for their student at www.myschoolbucks.com

     

    8. STUDENT ID CARDS

     

    Students will receive their 2020-2021 ID cards after school pictures are taken.  Students should keep a printout of their schedules with them (or a screenshot of the schedule on their phone) in case they need to reference their ID number.
