About
Ariola...
Welcome to the 6th grade! I am excited to be starting my 1st year teaching here at Fulton Elementary. My wife, April, and I have three children; James, Andrew and Alexis and we are happy to call Arizona home. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cheering for the Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears. Before becoming a teacher, I have spent a considerable amount of time volunteering as a youth coach at a variety of levels.
My Education and Professional Background
I was born and raised in Brookfield, Il, which is a suburb of Chicago and decided to call Arizona home about 15 years ago. I received my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and I have spent the last 25 years in a variety of sales, leadership, and training roles in the corporate world. Two years ago I decided to pursue my dream of being a teacher and I have recently earned my Masters in Education from Grand Canyon University. I completed my student teaching here at Fulton in the 4th grade and I am excited to be starting my teaching career here at Fulton.
My Educational Philosophy
I want to create a community in the classroom where we can all learn from each other. I believe that all students have a unique set of skills and abilities and will work hard to provide a safe environment in which they can best learn. I want the students to do their best and to stretch their minds to exceed their own expectations.
