    Coach Moomaw has been doing triathlons for 24 years with competing in over 250 races, from sprints to Ironman distance (2.4 miles swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run)!.  As a master triathlete, Scott was Nationally and State ranked in his age group and has been awarded All American by the United States Triathlon Association.  Scott's other passions over the years has been coaching runners, triathletes, swimmers, and multi sport athletes from young kids to adults.  He has coached for 20 years at all levels, from the entry level to the elite level. His goal as a coach is to help athletes achieve their goals and provide a healthy lifestyle. Scott coached at the junior high level for two years before coming to Hamilton. This is Scott's eighth year coaching Cross Country at Hamilton.

    Coach Scott holds a business arts management degree from the University of Phoenix.
     


    Assistant Head Coach: Priscilla Schultz

    Coach Schultz has over 8 years experience in coaching running to include Cross Country, Track and Field and road races. She has coached at all levels from youth, adult and collegiate athletes. She has her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Arizona State University and is certified in both USATF Level Two in Endurance and Sprints. Coach Schultz was an Arizona State Champion in the 800m and a standout XC and track student-athlete at ASU where she broke school records in the outdoor 1500m and indoor mile and was the first All-American in history for the Women’s Cross Country program. Coach Schultz ran competitively post-collegiate and qualified for the Olympic Trials in the 800m and 1500m and was a national competitor in the 1500m making two USATF Outdoor finals in the 1500m. She is a former USA Fall XC National Champion and has ran competitively in several road race distances including the marathon.  
     
    Coach Schultz is an advocate for running as a life long sport and loves the outdoors, especially the beautiful Arizona trails. She was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona. She and her husband are raising three daughters in Chandler.  
     
     
     
     
     
    Assistant Coach: Kara Phillips

    Coach Phillips is a teacher on staff here at Hamilton. She coaches Track and Field as well as Cross Country. Coach Phillips earned her Bachelor's degree from ASU in Exercise and Wellness and her Master's degree from GCU in Secondary Education.

    If you need to reach a coach on staff coach Phillips is on campus during the school day. Her office is located in the girls locker room.
