Welcome to Physical Education at Hancock!

I would like to welcome you and your child to P.E. at Hancock Elementary. I am Mrs. Gee (pronounced like the letter "G"), the site-based P.E. teacher at Hancock. My husband and I have an almost three-year old daughter, Abigail! She is such a joy in our lives!
This is my eighth year teaching in Chandler and my sixth year here at Hancock. I love being a part of the Hancock Heat community! I am originally from Southern California, where I spent the first half of my childhood. Then, my family moved to Wisconsin, where I spent the second half of my childhood and graduated from high school. I have lived in Arizona for 14 years now...Prescott for 3 and in the East Valley for 11 years. I am a proud alumnus of Arizona State University...GO DEVILS! I am an avid sports fan in general, however pro football is my favorite (GO LIONS!!!!)
I believe that physical education is essential to a child's overall education. One of my goals as a P.E. teacher is to promote lifetime physical activity in my students by creating a positive classroom environment where students can feel successful and have fun. I enjoy an active lifestyle and hope to share that with my students!

My name is Clint Bragg and I’m new to Hancock Elementary this school year. In addition to teaching at Hancock in the afternoons, I will also be teaching PE in the mornings at Tarwater Elementary and coaching football at Basha High School. I started my teaching and coaching career in Florida in 2001. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of South Florida and earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Before pursuing a career as a PE Teacher and Coach, I had the opportunity to serve my country in the United States Air Force for 4 years in the Military Police/Security Forces career field. My wife and I have 2 daughters that attend Jacobson Elementary in CUSD.

My goal as a PE Teacher at Hancock Elementary is to provide every student an opportunity to be active and learn fundamental movement and team sport skills that last a lifetime. This is going to be a great school year, and I look forward to having the opportunity to share my passion and energy for Physical Education at Hancock.
