Introduction Activity: This generally involves a quick game or activity to help warm-up your child's body (ie. muscles) so its ready for PE.
Fitness Development Activity: Students work on their components of health-related fitness (aerobic endurance, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and body composition) when involved in fitness development activities (ie. sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, etc.).
Lesson Focus: The lesson focus is when the students are working on developing particular skills (ie. dribbling a basketball, kicking a soccerball, throwing/catching a ball).
Game: Students end their day involved in a game that usually involves the skill(s) they have been working on.
