    My name is Maria Styron and I teach Spanish  here at Casteel High school. 
    The  2020/2021 school year will be my 15th year teaching Spanish in Chandler and my 22nd year overall. I am certified  in Elementary /Secondary Education  and Spanish. I am also highly qualified in Spanish, Social Studies and Psychology. I am originally from Cuba and have also lived in Spain. I have also traveled extensively. My family and I moved out here 15 years ago from New Jersey. I  have a wonderful husband and 2 amazing daughters and a pretty wonderful son-in-law . In May of this year  my first grandaughter was born. Her name is Elliot Maria .My husband and I have an awesome Doxi named Belle .In my spare time I enjoy reading, movies, concerts, plays and shopping. My favorite thing to do is travel.
