  • Definitions:

    Login Help: When you can't remember how to log into one of our systems or you've been locked out, click there to get help.  You can get immediate help or generate an email already pre-addressed to the right person to help you.

    Software, Systems Help:  Get help with the software programs and CUSD systems that are in use around the district.
    Microsoft 2010 Help: Need a tutorial on how to do something in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, or Publisher?  There are many tutorials and even video courses to help you.

    Hardware Help: Hardware is almost any technology that you can physically touch -- like a computer, document camera, projector, etc.  Click there for help with equipment.

    Schoolwires (Website) Help: Schoolwires is the host for our district and school websites.  Click there to get help for editing your existing webpages, creating new pages, deleting old pages, and sending out E-Alerts to your subscribers.
    Tech Tuesdays: Open lab on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, (excluding breaks). Technology specialists will be available at the IRC to answer your questions on technology.

    Nerds When U Need Em: A technology specialist will come out to your location to support a group of people at your site with similar needs. We can be available before, after school, or during planning times to assist with your technology questions. 

    Website Unblocking: If you get a message that a website is being blocked by our filter and you think the site should be unblocked, click there to submit a request for it to be reviewed and unblocked if appropriate.
    Software Evaluation: If you want software or a website subscription that isn't currently on the approved list, click there to start the ball rolling to have it evaluated.  Please don't wait until the last minute...  the evaluation process may take 6-8 weeks to complete.

    Approved Software: Click there for a list of the currently approved software.  NOTE: Being on this list doesn't mean that all sites have purchased this software, but rather that it has been evaluated, passed, and a site could decide to purchase.

    Submit CSR: Submit a CSR (customer service request) to our Information Systems department when something is broken or not working correctly.
