Health OfficeWelcome to the 2020-2021 School Year!
My name is Lynn Clark and I am the nurse at Basha High School. I grew up in a much cooler country - Scotland and graduated from Glasgow University in 1996 with a BA in Nursing Studies. I worked as a nurse in several hospitals and schools until I moved to Arizona in 2008. After securing my RN license to practice here, I became a Basha Bear in October 2010.Nurse services are provided for emergency care and as a health consultant and resource person for the students and their families. Prescribed medications may be administered with written permission from parent and physician. If a student becomes ill and needs to go home, the student must first visit the nurses' office. Parental permission is obtained through the nurses' office prior to the student leaving school. Because of the lack of space and common courtesy to other students in the nurses' office, it is imperative that parents pick up their ill students in a timely manner.
