Welcome to Perry High School Engineering. These classes are highly interactive, collaborative inquiry based courses. There will be activities constantly, and we're going to explore a lot of different avenues. Strap yourselves in and get ready for an immersion into the world of engineering and computer science.

About me: I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1981, and received my MSEd in 2002. I worked in undustry as an electrical engineer designing digital integrated circuits for 33 years with Magnovox and Intel, and taught Mathematics at Phoenix College from 2002-2015. I live in San Tan Valley with my wife, The Lovely Theresa (tm), three horses, three dogs, and a wide variety of other critters including Mabel the Peahen and the toads who serenade us at night on Screaming Toad Ranch.
This is my fourth year teaching high school, as well as my fourth year teaching engineering. I've got a firm plan for the year, but have also been engineering long enough to realize that firm plans can change at a moment's notice. If either students or parents have any questions, please contact me.
