Here is today’s Kindness Challenge, brought to you by the Social Behaviors Committee of NHS: Take a moment to focus on your gratitude for items beginning with the letter “g”. This could include genealogy, gentleness, government, or groceries.  The list goes on! The point is, be grateful for something and then take action to express your gratitude for it.
