Tax Credit Participation Fee
Required for ALL players by Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) 43-1089.01 & ARS 15-342(24) to participate
These are used to purchase equipment, uniforms, and pay coaches for this sports program only.

NOTE: There could be other fees for travel and tournaments once the schedule is finalized.
Arizona Tax Credit may be used to pay any portion of these fees. To make an Arizona Tax Credit donation in the name of your student, fill out a tax credit form and turn the check and form to the HHS Bookstore. The Arizona Tax Credit maximum donation is $400 for Married couple filing jointly and $200 maximum for Married Filing Separately, Single or Head of Household. You can also make an online donation at the CUSD district website. Please list your student's Name, ID Number and Soccer Fees in the notes section.
It is important to note 3 things:
1. ALL fees collected will be deposited into the account of the activity your student participates.
2. The fees you provide may qualify for the Arizona Tax credit program
3. Fee Waivers - Our Principal, Mr. James, may reduce and/or waive these fees for families with an economic hardship.
