    During this workshop in math instruction, 6th - 9th grade teachers will collaboratively create math lessons that address the standards for mathematical practice through the application of music, art, science, engineering and your imagination. Participants will also experience the unique features of the GCU campus such as the Arizona Cyber Warfare Range. Cost for the workshop is $450 or $400 for GCU alliance participants. Learn more here.

    If so, now is the time to take that step. The Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership at ASU's Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College will prepare you to become a transformative administrator or teacher leader. You will learn how to successfully manage the challenges of curriculum development, interpret and use test results, interact with the community and lead other teachers to achieve school goals.

    Extensive mentorship and support is a significant component of this rigorous 15-month program:

    • Internship with mentor principal
    • Dedicated ASU faculty advisor
    • Program advisor to help navigate coursework requirements

    Cohorts are forming now for the ASU West and ASU Polytechnic campuses. The program begins this summer and is a blended format of summer intensives, in-person courses and online classes. Candidates must have at least two years of pre-K through grade 12 teaching experience.

    *MOU 3458. The scholarship rate of $395 is effective for all cohort courses taken in 2017 and starting in 2018 it is subject to change based on the University's standard annual tuition review. This scholarship is only valid for those applicants who reside in Arizona or Texas, are participating in GCU's College of Education cohort program, and who submit a completed application to start classes between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
