Welcome to the technology classroom!!!! I feel honored to be part of the Freedom Family. I value the opportunity I have to be a role model in every child's life. I believe providing an environment that allows students to grow as individuals creates confident, life-long learners. I am very passionate about learning and I cannot wait to see all the accomplishments your child makes this year!
My Education and Professional Background
I have taught in the Chandler Unified School District since 2002. I taught third grade for 10 years, sixth grade for 5 years and currently will be your child's technology teacher. I received my Bachelors of Science in Education from NAU in 2002. I also completed my Master's Degree and reading endorsement in 2010 from NAU.
My Educational Philosophy
Teaching is a passion of mine! I am excited to be apart of your child's educational journey. I believe that each child comes to the classroom with a set of talents that we all can value. Each child can learn in a positive and safe learning environment. Every classroom has a unique mix of children and my position as an educator is to give each individual student the tools needed to fabricate their own knowledge.
