Applications for the 2020-2021 school year are available on either the ACP-Oakland or ACP-Erie website beginning October 14, 2019Please make sure the email that you list on the “Family Primary Email” is one you check regularly and is entered correctly. Almost all communication is sent to this email address.

Step 2: Submit an Open Enrollment Form

CUSD District Office requires Open Enrollment forms be submitted by all students wishing to enroll at ACP. Open enrollment forms may be downloaded and printed from the district website beginning December 2019.

Families may submit the Open Enrollment form beginning at 7:30 AM on Monday, January 13, 2020. Open Enrollment forms will be date & time stamped and considered based on the date/time stamp within each priority level. You may turn in the Open Enrollment form to any CUSD secondary school, (junior high or high school), or the District Office. If you turn your open enrollment form in to another CUSD site, please call their office to check their hours. Open enrollment forms must be submitted in person. We are unable to accept emailed or faxed open enrollment forms. Camping is prohibited at any CUSD site and will not be allowed.

    Important Notes

    • All open enrollments will be accepted on January 13th beginning at 7:30amYou may turn in the Open Enrollment form to any CUSD secondary school, (junior high or high school), or the District Office. In an effort to help the line move more quickly, we will not be checking the supporting documentation with the open enrollments. If it is discovered that an open enrollment is missing any required documentation, your original date and time stamp will become null and void. When the correct or missing documentation is submitted you will then receive a new time stamp.

    • If you submit an ACP application but do not submit an open enrollment form, your application is incomplete. Conversely, if you submit an open enrollment form but not an ACP application, your application is incomplete. Incomplete applications will not be considered for approval at ACP. Enrollment to ACP will be considered based on the date and time stamp within each priority level of the Open Enrollment application.

    • Sibling priority only occurs when siblings will be attending the same ACP campus, concurrently. Sibling priority at ACP Oakland is not granted to students who have or will have siblings at ACP Erie and vice versa.
    • Per CUSD Open Enrollment Application: Providing false information on this application or submitting multiple applications will result in the application(s) being denied or admission being revoked.

If your student currently attends a school that is NOT part of the Chandler Unified School District, you must also provide the following documents when submitting your Open Enrollment Form: (All three reports are required)
