• Information Systems - CSR (Customer Service Request)

     
    Information Systems is committed to delivering the best technology services and solutions in support of our students, teachers, and to meet our administrative goals while providing excellent customer service.
     
    Our Help Desk provides first level support for most technology needs. If our Help Desk is unable to help, they will dispatch one our tech savvy Computer Techs to come to your site and install software or hardware necessary or troubleshoot the technology issue.
     
    All CSR requests must be submitted through School Dude.  After registering or logging in, choose the second IT Request tab and fill out the required fields and submit the request to be placed in our queue.
     
    Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
