Open Enrollment Information*** 12/17/18 Update *** Both ACP Oakland, and ACP Erie will be accepting open enrollment forms on January 14th @ 7:30am at the old tennis courts on Oakland Street. These tennis courts are just east of the Chandler High football stadium, and have been converted into a parking lot. We will have a sign on the fence so you will know you are at the correct spot. Any questions, please contact the office.District Office requires Open Enrollment forms to be submitted by all students wishing to enroll at ACP. Open enrollment forms may be downloaded and printed from the district website beginning December 21, 2018.

Families may submit the Open Enrollment form to the appropriate ACP campus beginning at 7:30 AM on Monday, January 14. Open Enrollment forms will be time stamped and considered in the order received and the priority level of the student. If you submit an ACP application but do not submit an open enrollment form, your application is incomplete. Conversely, if you submit an open enrollment form, but do not submit an ACP application, your application is incomplete. Incomplete applications will not be considered for approval at ACP. Enrollment will be considered based on the time stamp within each priorty level of the open enrollment application.
CUSD procedures do allow for secondary open enrollment forms to be submitted to the district office, or any other secondary school (junior highs or high schools), in CUSD.
We CANNOT accept open enrollments by email or fax.
If your student currently attends a school that is NOT part of the Chandler Unified School District, you must also provide the following documents when submitting your Open Enrollment Application:
- Most current grade report (i.e. 7th grade applicants should provide their 6th grade report card that was provided in December at the end of the first semester.)
- Attendance report (for the first semester of the current school year, i.e. 2018-2019)
- Discipline report or a letter from school administration (on school letterhead) indicating no discipline infractions have occurred (for the entire time they have attended that school, i.e. K-6th grade) Letters must by signed by an employee of the school office and dated. Teacher comments and/or parent portal behavior charts will not be accepted.
Open Enrollment applications submitted without the required documentation will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Students currently attending ACP-Erie who are returning to the same site
DO NOT need to re-apply for open enrollment.
