Please bring breakfast by 6:15 am to the North End of the Track (Ideas: chocolate milk, fruit, bagels)
Please bring water and gatoraid donation to the car wash on Aug 25th
For the the Flagstaff bring the donations to Hamilton HS at 12:30PM
The time is completely up to the host but please keep in mind, we have a meet scheduled the next day and the athletes have homework if the event is on a Thursday night. In the past, parents would print flyers with their address on them. If I can help in any way then please let me know. I can post the address on shutterfly or print flyers for you. Just send me the info and I can make copies.
August 16th: Help with Participant Bags at Coach Moomaw's House @ 6:30 PM (Address: 4890 S. Anvil Place, Chandler)
August 18th: Meet at the Pro Shop as early as 4:30 PM. If you can't arrive till later then we definitely understand.
