Transcript Requests
CUSD has partnered with Parchment, a secure online service, to process all transcript requests. Requesting an eTranscript is the most efficient way to obtain a record.
Former Students
Students who are not currently enrolled at CUSD should request and click on the Student Transcript Information Website link below. Please ensure that your last name (at time of enrollment), first name, school attended, date of birth are entered correctly so that the request can be processed in a timely manner.
Diploma Request
Chandler Unified School District does not keep duplicate copies of diplomas. Only one original diploma is issued to each student at the time of graduation. No copies are kept or archived by the district.
If you are an alumni in need of a duplicate diploma, you will need to order a replacement directly through our local Jostens representative. Please note that there is a fee for duplicate diplomas, and Jostens will provide information regarding pricing and turnaround time.
