STEP 2
Greet your team, sign in, and conduct the walk.

STEP 3
Discuss your observations, and submit the Qualtrics Form.

STEP 4
Remind each team member to complete their Participation Log using the Notecatcher QR code. The Facilitator will Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF of the sign-in sheet.
