Math Request for Information (RFI)

The Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is accepting Request for Information (RFI) to acquire comprehensive, research-based, Math curriculum resources for PK-5.

If interested in submitting a response, please contact Kim Redding (redding.kimberly@cusd80.com) to request the detailed RFI.

The deadline to submit all responses is August 25th, 2025, at 4:00 pm Arizona Time (MST)

For the initial phase of the evaluation, we kindly request that you send only the following physical resources by the Due date.

Pre-Kindergarten Resource (include any Spanish and/or Mandarin)
Kindergarten Resource (include any Spanish and/or Mandarin)
3rd Grade Resource (include any Spanish and/or Mandarin)
5th Grade Resource (include any Spanish and/or Mandarin)

Please ensure that you also provide information and access details for the complete digital resources for all PK-5 grade levels (including any Spanish and/or Mandarin) in your submission. Preferably, a demo account to preview resources and usability that does not require creating an account or entering any personal information.

In your response, explicitly state whether you would like resources returned to the vendor, discarded, or if you prefer to pick them up.

August 26 - September 5, 2025 - Phase 1 Review

September 8 - September 26, 2025 - Phase 2 Evaluation Committee Review

September 29 - October 10, 2025 - Top 2-3 vendors will be notified for resource sample delivery to designated sites

October 20 - October 31, 2025 - Phase 3 School-Site Evaluations

December 10, 2025 - Governing Board Meeting

December 11, 2025 - Day 1 of 60 days public review. (Pending Board approval)

Phase 2: Evaluation Committee Completes review of top 6 products.

From September 8th through September 26th, 2025.

Committee members include representatives from each elementary school site and district departments' representatives. The committee will individually review and complete an evaluation for each program. A release day will be provided to classroom teachers to allow time for review.

September 11, 2025 - Release Day for the committee to conduct individual reviews.

Why does your input matter?
In accordance with A.R.S. §15-721 and CUSD Policy 5-207, textbooks are available for public review for at least 60 days before adoption. Your feedback helps ensure that instructional materials meet the needs of all students and align with district and state standards.

How can I provide feedback?
Digitally: Please use the 60-Day Public Review Digital Access One-Pager. This will give you access to both the Teacher and Student demo accounts. Linked on this one-pager is the CUSD K-5 Math Adoption Feedback Form Link. You must complete this for your feedback to be recorded.

In Person: Visit the i-Ready physical textbooks and materials display at the Instructional Resource Center located at 500 West Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ 85225. Monday through Friday during office hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (not including observed holidays).

The IRC is open Monday through Friday, and the office hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (not including observed holidays and weekends).
