Parents/Guardians may request a meal account refund at any time during the year by completing an online Account Refund Request Form for any remaining meal account balances over $5.00. (Due to processing and admin fees, we will not be issuing refunds for balances under $5.00.)
Parents/Guardians have one-year from the date their student has left the Chandler Unified School District to request a refund. Any balances that remain after the one-year period will automatically be donated to the Angel Fund to assist families in need by covering negative lunch account balances and ensuring no child goes hungry throughout the school year.
Refunds will be in the form of a check and will be mailed to the address you provide on the refund request form. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and mailing.
