• All employees have their own unique login.

• After you sign in for the first time, the system will ask you to reset your password.

• Once you are logged in, you can follow the instructions below.

• "cusd" followed by employee ID (example: cusd99999)

• Temporary password: United2025

Portal Instructions:

1. 1. Click Donate

   2. Select type of donation:

      • Payroll deduction

      • Credit card (charge today)

      • Credit card (charge later)

   3. Click the blue "Click here to direct your gift"

   4. Enter the amounts of your gift you want to go to the different categories
         OR

   5. Enter a Restricted Contribution to a specific agency (such as the Chandler CARE Center) by selecting the Add button.

      • If you choose this option, enter the amount, and Name.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THE ADDRESS or AGENCY CODE

      • Then select Add again.

FYI: You can donate to multiple restricted organizations. Example: I want $200 to go to Chandler CARE Center and $200 to go to Improving Chandler Area Neighborhoods (ICAN), I would just add a second restricted contribution to add my second organization.

Employees can also take advantage of the Qualified Charitable Organization Tax Credit, for 2025 the amount is $495 for individuals, or $987 for couples. This can be stackable with the education tax credit. The Chandler CARE Center is considered a qualified charitable organization.  The list of Qualified Charitable Organizations for 2025 can be viewed here.
