External Entity Research Approval
At this time, Chandler Unified School District is not accepting research requests submitted directly by external researchers. All research proposals must be submitted by a Chandler Unified staff member AND be aligned to Journey to Excellence, the District's Strategic Plan, to be considered.
External researchers interested in conducting research with the District must first partner with a District staff member or department who will submit the application on their behalf and serve as the primary liaison between the District and the community partner throughout the research process. Please note that connecting with a staff member does NOT guarantee approval of your study and the staff member will still need to submit on your behalf to the District in order to be considered.
Any research activity that is conducted without District approval, including direct outreach to students or staff, may result in the request being denied and the researcher being prohibited from submitting future research requests to the District.
