    WEB - Where Everybody Belongs, is a junior high school orientation and transition program that welcomes 7th graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout their first year of their junior high school experience.  The 8th grade WEB Leaders are trained to act as positive role models, mentors, and teachers who guide the 7th graders to discover what it takes to be successful at Santan Junior High.

    WEB Leaders were selected at the end of their 7th grade year through a nomination and application process

    Selected WEB Leaders received an interactive training day the week before school started

    WEB Leaders have been in every 7th grade classroom leading engaging activities

    WEB Leaders will continue to interact with their assigned group throughout the school year
