My Educational Philosophy

I believe that every student has unique qualities to offer and I work with each of them to ensure that they reach their fullest potential. My goal is for every student to discover their strengths and learn to recognize and work on their weaknesses. I expect every student to work hard every day and put forth the required effort to improve their skills. When working with students, encouragement is always given teaching them the skills to ask for and accept assistance as needed, and to always try their best in order for them to become the most responsible and diligent students possible.
