My Education and Professional Background

I received my bachelor's degree in English and Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno. I also earned my master's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Arizona. .

My Educational Philosophy

I believe in the power of education, the influence of teachers, and the potential of students. Education has the potential to make a significant impact on a person's life; it can help a student to see the world from a new perspective, open new and exciting doors, and apply knowledge to influence positive change in the world. I am lucky enough to call myself a teacher of a diverse group of future leaders and innovators who each have their own strengths, weaknesses, interests, and stories. My goal is to provide all of my students with a well-rounded education that produces responsible, compassionate, and independent members of society.
