Hello! My name is Dove Hynek. I have been married to my husband Duane for 10 years. Together we have a blended family of 5 children. Our oldest two sons are in the work force and loving it. Our middle son is graduating from ASU in the winter with a degree in Environmental Science, our fourth son is a professional trainer and recently became engaged. Our daughter just graduated from MCC and will start attending ASU in the fall to pursue a degree in Forensic Psychology.
My Education and Professional Background
I received my undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University in 2016 in general education 1-8 and special education k-12. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Reading instruction from Grand Canyon University. This is my first year teaching and I am excited to be working at Ryan Elementary.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that every child deserves the best education possible in a safe and nurturing environment with professional who are invested in their academic success as well as their personal well being. I believe that students with special needs need to be included in all activities with their peers as much as is appropriate for their needs. These interactions with peers is vital to their personal and academic success. Students need to be an integral part of the school community. I highly value parent input and involvement in their child's education. Parent and teacher communication is a key component to student success.
