Welcome to first grade! I am looking forward to an exciting year! We are going to have so much fun learning and exploring the world around us.
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from the University of Arizona with a double bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. I began teaching in 2014 and taught kindergarten in Tucson for two years before moving to the Chandler Unified School District.
My Educational Philosophy
I strive to create a caring classroom community where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and asking questions. Through engaging, hands-on lessons I try to foster a love of learning in every student. I look forward to building relationships with your families throughout the year!
