Welcome to sixth grade. I am excited to begin this adventure with my students in the classroom and I welcome the sixth grade class of 2020.
My Education and Professional Background
My name is John Kim, and I graduated from ASU with my masters in special education in 2017. I grew up in California, and lived there my entire life, before moving out to Arizona to further my education. Prior to completing my education, I was in the United States Marine Corp for a number of years.
My Educational Philosophy
It is my passion to teach students and excited to be working with your child. I undeniably love to teach and it is my mission to impart a love for learning in all my students. I want all my students to develop a yearning to be life-long learners. The remainder of this year is going to be full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures.
