My Education and Professional Background
Hello! I'm Britney Smith and I have been teaching in early childhood for five years. I have taught a number of grades from Preschool to Third grade. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with an SEI endorsement from The University of Arizona! GO WILDCATS!
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that all students can learn in a safe, positive, and structured learning environment. In order for students to grow mentally and emotionally, I believe that they need to be challenged and know exactly what is expected of them. My classroom is a place where students build each other up and encourage one another. It is a place where all kids can feel at home.
