    Welcome to my science class! I'm passionate about exploring scientific ideas with students to drive their curiosity in understanding the world around us.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I teach 7th grade science classes at AJHS. Before joining AJHS in 2020, I taught 7th and 8th grade science at Pendergast Elementary School District in Phoenix. I'm also CEO of Cholla AV, an event production company I founded in 2018. Prior to becoming an educator, I spent 10 years with Apple, most recently as an in-store trainer where I led knowledge initiatives for retail employees. I earned my M.Ed. from Arizona State University, where I was a Noyce scholar. I also earned my B.A. degree in Psychology at ASU.
