My Educational Philosophy
A meaningful classroom environment does not accept excuses for failure, yet accepts mistakes and transforms them into learning steps. I believe one of the most important fundamentals for students is a teacher who is welcoming and approachable, yet enforces procedures and student effort. In order to provide this, it is important for teachers to establish a growth mind set within students.
