    Welcome!

    I am excited to support students and teachers in mathematics. Teaching is a dynamic profession and I enjoy learning something new every chance I get. My goal is to help everyone not only develop math proficiency, but to maybe perhaps come to love math.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have taught upper elementary grades for many years and also taught self-contained special education for a short time. I have several degrees, including a Master of Arts degree in Special Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. 

    Along with years in the classroom, I am honored to be a member of the leadership team as well as a mentor to both new and veteran teachers.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My educational philosophy is simple: Education is transformative; it changes lives. It teaches perseverance, enables critical thinking, and provides skills to navigate successfully in the world.
