My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from SCC Culinary with an associate's degree, while in culinary school I worked at Essence Cafe ( a French restaurant next to chef Eugenia Owner) for 1 year. After graduating from culinary school, I got an offer from Hilton Resorts and Hotels in Burlingame Cal (San Francisco) waterfront. After spending 10 years in the food restaurant industry opening restaurants and holding the Executive Sous chef title for a few years, I decided to go back to school and pursue a Bachelor's in CTE (Family consumer science degree) and teach the next generation of chefs the principles of cooking. upon achieving a BSA from NAU (Go Lumber Jacks) I work at Evit for 2 years, and my career has landed me at Hamilton (Go Huskys!!!!)
The rest is history!!!
