    Welcome!

    Hello and welcome to 5th grade at CTA Goodman! My name is Scott Hubley and I am thrilled to be part of the Gator family. I am looking forward to a great partnership with students and families throughout the year. Let's all work together to make it a fantastic year filled with growth and great memories!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I recently completed 28 years in the private sector, holding a variety of roles in engineering and supply chain leadership.  I hold a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.  I recently completed a post baccalaureate program in elementary education from Rio Salado College.  Over the past two years, I have worked at CTA Goodman as a full-time District Substitute.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that all students want to learn. It is our job to meet them where they are, to give them the tools they need, and to help them move forward. We will embrace mistakes and create a learning environment that allows students to feel comfortable with trying new methods. I hope to use my past work experience to create curiosity and inspiration for our students.
