I am actually a graduate of the Chandler school system-- I went to junior high at Payne and high school at Basha. After that, I went on to Arizona State University where I studied Molecular Bioscience and Biotechnology, which is a fancy way of saying I studied cells, bacteria, viruses, and all the technology that goes along with those things. I began private tutoring and loved it, so I decided to go back to school to receive my Master's in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University and began working at Willis in Math360 before doing my student teaching in science. After that, I taught both 7th and 8th grade science in Tempe before coming back to Willis. I am so excited to be back! 

Outside of the classroom, you can usually find me hiking, reading, or making a variety of crafts.
