    Welcome!

    Welcome! I am currently teaching a variety of Career and Technical Education courses for Basha High School and Chandler Online Academy.
    I am so excited to start learning, so let adventure begin!

    My Education and Professional Background

    This is my 15th year teaching Career and Technical Education for the Chandler Unified School District. I have two Arizona teaching certificates- Early Childhood Education and Career and Technical Education. I first earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and later completed a Masters of Education Degree. Over the 15 years that I have worked for CUSD, I have taught courses such as Life Connections, AVID, Education Professions, Early Childhood Development, Culinary Arts, Health Sciences, and Fashion Design.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that every student is unique and with guidance and support can use their special gifts and talents to make a difference in themselves and our world. It is my desire to make sure that my classroom (in-person or online) is conducive to establishing high standards and goals for all students. My ultimate goal is to emphasize the importance of education and instill in my students a love of learning as well as a desire to become life long learners.
