My Educational Philosophy
My job is to provide a variety of opportunities for students to encounter complex and diverse texts and to respond expressively, analytically, and rhetorically for a variety of purposes. Every grade is a balance between ability and work ethic. Students with advanced skill levels should be provoked into deeper thought. Students with less advanced skill levels should be recognized and honored for participation in the process. All students should be challenged.
