    Welcome!

    My name is Kendra Davis, and I have been the counselor at Navarrete since our school opened in 2004. I have been an educator in the Chandler Unified School District for over 31 years; my first nine years were spent as a classroom teacher, and the rest of my time has been served as a school counselor. I am proud to be a member of the best school district in the state, and have been humbled by the many mentors that I have been able to learn from over the years.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I received my M.Ed degree from Northern Arizona University. I am a life-long learner, and have continued my education throughout my career. I am certified by the Arizona State Department of Education as a School Counselor for grades K-12. I have also been a member of our District Crisis Team for 22 years, and have received training from some of the best crisis and trauma professionals in the country.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I am extremely proud to be a Nighthawk! I absolutely love my job, and consider myself blessed to be greeted with little smiles everyday. All of our students are precious to me, and it is my belief that all are capable of success!
