The Chandler Education Foundation's distinctive Cash for Classrooms program gets everyone involved! Every student and staff member in the Chandler Unified School District is asked to contribute in support of our schools and students. The dollars raised are used to award teacher enrichment grants to CUSD staff who would not otherwise have sources of funding or who would have to use their own money to support a classroom project.
To make your donation to the campaign, watch for your Chandler student to come home with the informational flyer and contribution envelope in the latter part of August each school year. Click here to go ahead and make your donation.
You may also contact the foundation directly to contribute to this very important campaign.
Cash for ClassroomsThe Chandler Education Foundation’s Annual Cash for Classrooms (formerly 100% Awareness campaign) is always a huge success thanks to the generosity of CUSD staff and families.
The CEF “WOO HOO Patrol” celebration takes place each year in October. The Patrol surprises teachers and students by visiting CUSD schools and the Instructional Resource Center and award teacher and school-wide grants. Balloons, big checks, certificates, and ribbons adorn the winners. It's an exciting day for teachers, staff and schools and CEF.
Money raised from the campaign also funds Lifelong Learning Legacy Scholarships for teachers who are pursuing National Board Certification or continuing their education in a specialty area!
On behalf of the CEF Board of Directors, thank you CUSD staff and families for your continued support.
