My Education and Professional Background
I have been in education for 8 years (all at Basha High School) and am a Registered Nurse for 23 years. My background in nursing is varied with a primary focus on the adult population. I obtained an AA in Nursing from Mesa Community College and a BA from Ottawa University. I am a primary component in writing and obtaining approval for this program from the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
My Educational Philosophy
Students are to be accountable for themselves and their work. They should be compassionate and empathetic when dealing with individuals. This is key in the medical field.
