    Welcome!

    Welcome to CTA Freedom! I am the Dean of Students and am on campus Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday. I joined the CTA Freedom family in 2014 teaching as both a 5th and 6th grade teacher. I love being here at CTA Freedom and am honored to be the Dean of Students here!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from the University of Arizona for my Bachelor’s and have my Master’s Degree from Grand Canyon University in Educational Administration. I also have a Middle Grades Math Endorsement. I went through CUSD as a child and love working in the district where I went to school.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My mission statement is to positively influence the life of all people that I come into contact with as a teacher. I try to live by this each day. I believe that all students are able to achieve anything that you put before them and provide the support to help them. As a teacher, I hope to not only teach my students, but also to help shape them as human beings. I strongly believe in growth mindset and teach the students about it throughout the year. Each person and child is destined for greatness; they just need someone to believe in them. I hope to be that person for your child!
