My Educational Philosophy

Math is more about problem solving than numbers and equations. To become good at math is to become good at solving problems, and not just mathematical problems --- ordinary, everyday problems. How do I fix a flat tire? How do I get to work on time? What do I do if my phone doesn't work? To practice math is to exercise that part of your brain which is built to problem solve.
