Welcome to Auxier Elementary School. I am so excited to be your Counselor, and I look forward to a wonderful year working with our students, families and community.

My Education and Professional Background

I graduated with a B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University and my master's in Counseling from Arizona State University. I started my career on the Gila River Indian Reservation as a School Counselor and moved to Chandler Unified School District in 2005. I was at Santan Elementary for 9 years and then at Payne Junior High School for one year. I am a Nationally Board Certified Counselor and School Counselor.

My Educational Philosophy

I believe that every student is a unique individual with different strengths that make them special. My goal is to support each child, guide them in reaching their fullest potential, while also helping them to gain a love of life and learning.
