    Welcome to 3rd Grade! I am very excited to be your child's teacher. We are going to have an amazing year. I look forward to working together to make this the most positive and successful year for your child.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education as well as received my Master's Degree in Multi-Cultural Education with an emphasis in English as a Second Language.   I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade.

    My Educational Philosophy

    It is my philosophy that each student should be expected to treat everyone in our classroom the way they want to be treated.  Students deserve to come to a safe place every day where they are encouraged to learn and express themselves and feel proud to be who they are. I love to watch my students set goals and the reach those goals throughout the school year.
