About
Marrone...
Hello and welcome I am happy to be your child’s resource teacher this year!
My Education and Professional Background
I would like to tell you a little about myself. My name is Susanne Marrone and I was born and raised in New Jersey. My husband, Vincent and I moved to Arizona 2 years ago. This is my 2nd year teaching at Sanborn Elementary School, and I absolutely love teaching here! In my experience as a Special Educator, I have taught as an inclusion and as a resource teacher. I have taught grades 3rd through 12th. I have been teaching the Wilson Reading Program for the past 10 years which is a reading program designed to help struggling readers. I enjoy teaching learners of all ages and feel fortunate to have found my passion in education.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that every child is unique in their own way, and that they possess special abilities that should be shared with the world.
