About
Vidrios...
Welcome to Mrs. Vidrios' 3rd grade Class! I look forward to a fun and exciting year filled with many opportunities to grow and learn!
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from UNLV in 2004 and received a B.A in Elementary Education. I then attended AIU and graduated with an M.A in Curriculum and Instruction. I am both highly qualified and TESL endorsed. I've taught a variety of grades from 1st grade to 5th grade and from children to adults. I know what they should of learned coming in to 3rd grade and what they should know when they leave 3rd grade.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as a educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas. It is my hope that when your child leaves my classroom they will be an individual that makes the world a better place!
